摘　　要：介绍一种使用ＤＳＰ芯片完成语音压缩的专用自动数字录音机的软、硬件设计方法，并详细讨论了语音压缩算法的选择和实现、数据库的功能以及可靠性设计的问题。This article introduced a method to design an automatic digital recorder applied in the power system. The general concern of hardware and software design is specified. The algorithms of speech coding and database functions are also discussed.
