摘  要:目的探讨条状器械机械清洗装载的方法,提高清洗质量和干燥效果。方法实验组:将4条定制的弹簧固定在清洗筛内两边,形成4道支架,条状器械卡放在支架上,然后进入全自动清洗机进行机械清洗。对照组:采取传统的方法将条状器械平铺在清洗筛内进行机械清洗。结果实验组的清洗合格率为98.8%,干燥情况96.3%;对照组的清洗合格率为88.5%,干燥情况57.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用定制弹簧架装载条状器械进行机械清洗,可明显提高清洗质量和干燥效果,是一种简便、实用的好方法。Objective To observe the cleaning quality and dry effect of strip instruments assembled with serf-made spring assemblage frame by mechanical washer. Methods 4 springs were fastened at brim of washing basket and strip instruments were assembled on the springs. 33750 sets of strip instruments laid on the bottom of washing basket, were washed by C, etinge 8666 washer-disinfector in control group; in experimental group, 36000 sets were washed on the springs assemblage frame, and the cleaning and dry rates were calculated and compared. Results The cleaning and dry rates in control group and experiment group were 88.4% and 57.4% or 98.8% and 96.3%, respectively. here was signifcant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion Strip instruments assembled with the spring assemblage frame can obviously improve cleaning qulity and increase dry rate in mechanical washer.
