摘  要:本文分析了甘蓝型油菜波里马(Polima)细胞质雄性不育系湘矮A及其异质可育系(即保持系)湘矮B的过氧化物酶同工酶和叶片游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量,结果表明:(1)苗期的湘矮A叶片、叶柄、茎和根的过氧化物酶同工酶谱中均有1条为湘矮B所没有的迁移最快、活性最强的酶带。(2)现蕾期,两系间的过氧化物酶同工酶带,在叶片中无差异,只有在茎和根其活性湘矮A比湘矮B强,花蕾(长约1毫米)中的湘矮A的过氧化物酶同工酶带比湘矮B少1条迁移慢的带,但其迁移最快的酶带活性弱。(3)湘矮B的三核期花药比单核期花药多1条迁移率为0.44的强带。(4)两系在全生育期间叶片游离Pro含量呈“低—高—低”的曲线变化。苗期湘矮A低于湘矮B,而花芽分化之后则相反。The peroxidase isoenzyme patterns and free proline ( Pro ) contents in leares of Polima cytoplasmic male sterile line 'Xiang Ai A' and its allo-plasmic male fertile line 'Xiang Ai B' wers studied. The following results were obtained; (1) One band in peroxidase isoenzyme patterns of all organs such as leaf blades, leaf stalks, stems and roots of 'Xiang Ai A' showed fastest migration and most strong activity at sesdling stage, but this band has not in 'Xiang Ai B' . Presence or absence of this band was the most obvious difference between both lines at this stage. ( 2 ) There was not difference in peroxidase bands of leaves at bud appearing stage between both lines, but thsre were differences in activity of peroxidsse bands of shoot apices and roots and the enzyme activity of 'Xiang Ai A was stronger than that of 'Xian Ai B' . In peroxidase isoenzyme bands of 'Xiang Ai A' was less one slowly migrating band than of 'Xiang Ai B' in bud ( about 1mm in length) , but the other migrating fastest bands had low activity. (3) More one band (with Rf value of 0.44 and strong activity ) of peroxidase isoenzyme at trinuclear pollen stage of anthers in 'Xiang Ai B' was found than at uninuclear stage. (4) The changes in free Pro content in leaves of both lines during the whole growth period appeared as the curve of 'low-high-low' .However, the free Pro content in leaves of Xiang Ai A was lower than that of Xiang Ai B at seedling stage while the reverse occurred after bud initiation.
