中医药治疗手足口病临床研究概述

摘　　要：中医药治疗手足口病方法较多,在迅速缓解病情、缩短病程,从而防止严重并发症发生上疗效突出,且无明显毒副作用。本文概括了近年来中医各家对该病病因病机的不同认识,尤其从中医内治、外治、重症治疗几方面就各医家对该病的临床研究进行归纳总结,旨在体现中医药治疗手足口病的优势;同时指出了目前临床研究中存在着疗效评价标准不统一,对作用机理和途径的研究不够深入,缺乏前瞻性、大样本、多中心性的研究等问题。并建议充分挖掘中医在手足口病重症治疗、外治和采取多种措施增强体质等方面的潜力。There are many methods of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treating hand-foot- mouth disease（HFMD）. There are prominent curative effect in rapid remission of the disease, shorten the course of disease and preventing serious complications. This paper summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of HFMD of different understanding about the different doctors of Chinese medicine in recent years . Especially reviewing on the clinical research of HFMD from the internal treatment, external treatment and intensive treatment. At the same time, existing problems of the clinical research of HFMD are pointed out.
