摘 要:针对直线深槽型机械密封的密封性能进行了试验研究,并考察工况参数和端面几何参数对密封性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,此密封在较高PV值的工作条件下运转稳定,且泄漏率低,摩擦系数小。与无冲洗情况相比,有冲洗时密封泄漏率较小,而且转速越高,有无冲洗情况下的密封泄漏率差别越显著。转速升高时,试验密封的泄漏率和摩擦系数均增大。压力升高时,试验密封的泄漏率呈非线性增大,而摩擦系数则降低。端面深槽的径向位置越靠近中心,密封的泄漏越大、摩擦系数越小。此项研究对于深入探索深槽密封的机理具有一定的实践意义。This paper experimentally studied on seal behavior of mechanical seal with straight-line notches. Also seal behavior under various working conditions and with different geometric parameters was presented. As the results shown, the seal run stably under high PV, with low leakage rate and small friction coefficient. And the geometric parameters of the notched seal ring can exert much influences on the operational mechanism as well. Compared with non-flush condition, the seal was presented with lower leakage rate under sufficient flush condition. Furthermore, the higher the rotation speed, the larger difference of leakage rates under flush and non-flush conditions. As the pressure rose, leakage rate of test seal was proved to increase non-linearly, however, friction coefficient decreased. Both leakage and friction coefficient increase with the rise of rotation speed. As the notches approaching nearer the center, the leakage rate went higher and friction coefficient lower. This paper has certain practical value for further and deeper research on notch mechanical seal behavior.
