摘  要:采用硝酸-过氧化氢-氢氟酸混合酸微波消解法消解烟丝样品,以NH4H2PO4为改进剂,氘灯背景校正横向加热石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定铅、镉。方法测试铅、镉的检出限分别为0.735、0.041μg/L,回收率分别为98.81%、92.47%,铅质量浓度范围为3.5~40.0μg/L,镉为0.12~5.0μg/L时相关系数r分别为0.9976、0.9966。方法具有简单、快速、实用性好的优点,可用于实际烟草中铅、镉的测定,结果良好。A mixed acid composed with nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide and hydrofluoric acid was used to digest tobacco assisted by a microwave digestion system.Lead and cadmium were quantitative determined by transversely heated graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with a deuterium lamp background adjustment system after adding NH4H2PO4 as matrix modifier.This method has good linear relation at the density range of lead 3.5 g/L to 5.0 g/L.Correlation coefficient were 0.997 6 and 0.996 6 respectively.The determination limit were 0.735 g/L and 0.041 g/L,and the recovery coefficient was 98.81% and 92.47%.The established method suitable for routine determination of lead and cadmium in tobacco was proved simple,sensitive and accurate.
