摘　　要：首次使用取代哒嗪酮和溴代鼠李糖在相转移催化剂作用下合成了4,5-2H-1-取代-6-羰基哒嗪酮-3-三乙酰鼠李糖苷类化合物,达到反应时间缩短,收率提高的目的。结构经IR与1HNMR表征。A series of 4, 5-dihydro-1 -substituent-6-oxo-pyr- idazinone-3-tri-acetorhamnose-sidases were synthesized by phase transfer catalysis through the reaction of substituent py- ridazinone compounds and acetorhamnose-sidases. This syn- thesis method has some advanges such as reducing the reac- tion time, and increasing the yield. The structures were con- firmed by I HNMR and IR.
