华中五味子果实石油醚部位化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究华中五味子Schisandra sphenanthera果实的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,凝胶柱色谱,重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从华中五味子果实的石油醚部位分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为(+)-安五脂素(1),五味子甲素(2),interiotherin A(3),五味子酸甲(4),β-谷甾醇(5),五味子酯丁(6),4-羟基苯甲醛(7),6-O-苯甲酰戈米辛O(8),schizandronic acid(9),schisanlactone D(10),schisanlactone B(11),kadsulac-tone A(12)。结论:化合物3,7,10～12为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents in the fruits of Schisandra sphenanthera. Method： The constituents were isolated by their silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 gel column, and their structures were elucidated by their chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Result： Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as （ ＋ ） -anwulignan （ 1 ）, deoxyschizandrin （2）, in- teriotherin A （3）, schisantherin A （4）,β-sitosterol （ 5 ）, schisantherin D （ 6 ）, 4 -hydroxybenzaldehyde （ 7 ）, 6 -O-benzoylgomisin O （ 8 ）, schizandronic acid（9）, schisanlactone D （ 10）, schisanlactone B （ 11 ） , kadsulactone A （ 12 ）. Conclusion ： Compounds 3, 7, 10-12 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
