摘 要:基于界面自由和均匀应变理论模型,推导出形式较为简单的弱界面结合涂层—基体系统应力和应变计算公式;通过实验进一步验证上述计算公式,公式可用于测试弱界面结合的涂层和基体系统的面内抗拉强度。结果证实:测试方法简单有效,实验测得60μm~250μm厚6%Y2O3-ZrO2涂层的面内抗拉强度值分布在323.5 MPa~376.2 MPa之间,且随着涂层厚度增加,涂层面内抗拉强度值小幅下降。The simple stress and strain computational formulas were deduced for weak-interface bonding coatings, based on the interface freedom and uniformity strain theory model. The stress and strain computational formulas were measured, which were devoted to work out the in-plane tensile strength of weak-interface bonding coatings. These results indicated that the testing method was simple and effective, the in-plane tensile strength of 6% Y203-ZrO2 coatings was about 323.5 MPa to 376.2 MPa when the coatings thickness were changed from 60 μm to 250 μm, and the in-plane tensile strength was decreased with increasing coatings thickness.
