黄芩提取物对耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌和耐药抑制作用研究

摘　　要：目的:采用纸片法和倍比稀释法研究黄芩水提取物与醇提取物对耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用;用点种法研究黄芩水提取物对耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌的体外耐药抑制率。结果:黄芩水提物对耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用强于醇提取物。耐药性抑制试验结果表明,黄芩水提取物对耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药抑制作用具有选择性。结论:黄芩提取物对耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑菌作用,对Sa1菌株具有耐药抑制作用。The bacteriostasis effect of water soluble extract and ethanol soluble extract from Scutellaria baicalensiis were investigaled by paper disk method and tube dilution method in vitro, and the in vivo inhibition ratio of water soluble extract to dntg resistant Staphylococcus aureus was measured by the point to point grow method. The results showed that the water soluble extracts had better inhibition effect than that of ethanol extract, and it could also inhibit the drug resistance of S. mtreu selectively. It is concluded that water soluble extract of Scutellaria baicalensis has significantly bacteriostasis on S. aure us and drug-resistant-revere effect on strain of Sa 1.
