温毒清浸膏抗炎作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温毒清浸膏对慢性增殖性炎症和急性渗出性炎症的作用。方法:采用大鼠棉球肉芽肿和小鼠醋酸腹腔注射两种方法,分别观察其对大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生的影响和对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响。结果:温毒清浸膏对大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生和醋酸引起小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增强均具有明显的抑制作用,与空白对照相比差异显著。结论:温毒清浸膏具有良好的抗炎作用。Objective： To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Wenduqing extractum on the chronic hyperplastic and acule exudative inflammation. Methods： The rat granuloma and intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid in mice were adopted to evaluate the effect of Wenduqing extraetum on rat granuloma hyperplasia and mice capillary, permeability. Results： Wenduqing extractum could significantly inhibit the proliferation of rat granuloma and acetic acid-induced capillary permeability in mice. Conclusion： Wenduqing extractmn has good anti-inflammatory effect.
