羊踯躅提取物对日本血吸虫虫卵肉芽肿影响

摘　　要：对感染15条日本血吸虫尾蚴的雌性小鼠分别于感染后45 d起灌胃羊踯躅提取物及吡喹酮,结果小鼠肝内虫卵肉芽肿平均直径和肉芽肿内嗜酸性粒细胞明显减少。试验结果表明,羊踯躅提取物与吡喹酮对血吸虫虫卵肉芽肿的发展具有明显抑制作用。Female miee infected with 20 cerearia of Schistosoma japonicum were divided into 3 groups. Group I were fed with praziquantel on 45^th post-infection for successive 2 days, group Ⅱ were fed with Rhododendron molle extraction on 45^th post-infection for successive 20 days, and group Ⅲ was as control. Then mice liver granuloma was observed in diffferent period. The resuhs showed that group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were reduced obviousl） on the average diameter of liver granuloma and amounts of eosinophilic granulocyte, which indicated divaricoside and praziquantel could Obviously inhibit the development of egg granuloma caused by Schistosomaj（q）onicum in mice.
