农村社区多元化公共物品供给主体研究

摘　　要：公共物品供给机制包含发现需求、资金筹集、激励、决策和组织、排他设置和公平等方面。案例分析表明,社区组织、农户及私人都可以成功提供社区公共物品,每个主体供给机制不同,在公共物品供给中要解决的核心问题也是不同的。The mechanism of public article supply includes such aspects as demand discovery,fund raise,encouragement,decision and organization,exclusive set-up and fairness.Our case analysis shows that either community organizations,farmers or other individuals can successfully supply the community with public articles;as supply mechanisms vary from subject to subject,so the core issue to be addressed in the public article supply may vary.
