摘 要:介绍了硫酸盐镀锌及氯化物镀锌的光亮剂组成,总结了2种工艺的共同点,并给出了典型镀液组成及工艺参数。指出钾盐镀锌用的主光亮剂亚苄基丙酮和多醛类衍生物Z-100同样可用于硫酸盐镀锌之中,2种镀锌体系的辅助光亮剂组成基本一致。在传统硫酸锌-硼酸高速镀锌体系镀液中加入硫酸钠和氯化钾,可成为滚挂通用的硫酸液镀锌液,具有出光快、光亮度好、钝化膜不变色的优点。The compositions chloride zinc plating were between sulfate and chloride of brighteners for sulfate and introduced. The similarities zinc plating processes were summarized. The typical bath compositions and technological parameters of the two processes were presented. Benzylideneacetone and the polyaldehyde derivative Z-100, commonly used as primary brightener in potassium chloride zinc plating bath are also applicable to sulfate zinc plating bath. The compositions of auxiliary brightener are almost the same for both sulfate and chloride systems. A universal sulfate zinc plating bath which is generally suitable for both rack and barrel plating can be prepared by adding Na2SO4 and KCI to the conventional ZnSO4-H3BO3 bath used for high-speed plating, and it features fast brightening rate, good brightness, and untarnished passivation film.
