摘  要:为了设计出性能优良的用于加工化纤长丝的网络器,利用计算流体力学软件ANSYS CFX对7个不同横截面形状的网络器丝道内压缩气流的特征进行了计算,并将这些特征和网络器的性能联系起来。网络器的性能通过网络丝的网络度和网络牢度评价。从计算结果可以得出:喷嘴轴线的丝道横截面上的涡流可以为长丝的旋转提供较大的空间;丝道轴线上,较大的流体速度有利于长丝的开松及交络。但是,过大的流体速度会使长丝黏贴在丝道内表面上,阻碍了长丝的相互纠缠,降低了网络丝的网络度。In order to design an interlacer with better performance for processing chemical filament fibers,computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software package ANSYS CFX to examine the flow patterns inside seven interlacers with different cross-sectional shapes in yarn duct and the effect of the flow patterns on the performance of interlacers.The performance of the interlacers is evaluated by the entanglement factor and entanglement strength of interlaced yarns.From the results of calculation,vortices in yarn ducts with middle cross-sections,including the yarn duct with injection orifice axis cross section,can afford bigger space for yarn revolving,and higher velocity on the axis of yarn duct is good for yarn opening and tangling.However,too high a velocity of the compressed air makes filaments stick on the surface of yarn ducts,hindering them from tangling with each other and lowering the entanglement degree of interlaced yarns.
