摘  要:阻燃维纶兼具高强、高模和阻燃性能,应用范围广。为此,系统介绍了维氯纶、CY841阻燃维纶、高强溴/锑复合阻燃维纶和高强无卤阻燃维纶4种阻燃维纶的结构与性能,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、光学显微镜、极限氧指数等表征手段对比了4种纤维的优缺点,分析了阻燃维纶的发展趋势及应用前景。Flame retardant vinylons, possessing wide applications. A systematic introduction of high strength, high modulus and flame retardance, have the structures and properties of chloro vinylon, CY841 flame retardant vinylon, high-strength bromine/antimony composite flame retardant vinylon and high- strength halogen-free flame retardant vinylon is made. The advantages and disadvantages of the above four kinds of fibers are compared through X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), optical microscopy, limit the oxygen index and other test methods. The development trend and application prospect of flame retardant vinylons are also presented.
