摘　　要：提出评价图书质量的客观要素,即图书责任者和出版者,并通过对1995-2005年我国出版的C大类学术性图书进行引文分析来论证这种观点,同时,提出了构建图书采访技术体系的设想,阐述了技术体系的理论依据和体系框架。This paper puts forward the objective elements for the book quality assessment, i.e. the book＇s publishers and the one to take the responsibility. To prove the opinions, the citation analysis is made on the C category academic books published from 1995 to 2005 in China. At the same time, the idea to build the technical system is provided for book evaluation and acquisition. The theoretical basis and framework of the technical system are also provided.
