摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM),对特丁基苯乙烯(tBS)和对乙烯基苯磺酸钠(SSS)为原料,采用胶束聚合方法合成了阴离子型三元疏水缔合聚合物(PAtBS)。利用红外光谱法、紫外光谱法和核磁共振氢谱法对共聚物的结构进行了表征;采用旋转黏度计研究了PAtBS的水溶液性能。研究结果表明,所得共聚物中单体结构单元组成与单体投料比基本一致,PAtBS在NaCl或CaCl2水溶液中的增黏能力比相对分子质量1.97×107、水解度19.43%的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺黏的高,当温度高于50℃时,PAtBS水溶液黏度随温度的升高下降幅度较小,显示出良好的耐温抗盐性能。Hydrophobically associating anionic terpolymer (PAtBS) was synthesized by free micellar copolymerization of acrylamide (AM), 4-tert-butylstyrene (tBS) and sodium 4-vinylbenzenestdfonate (SSS). The copolymer structure was identified by FTIR, UV, and t H-NMR. Furtherly, the aqueous solution properties of the copolymer were investigated by rotary viscometer. The results showed that the content of the monomer structural units in the copolymer coincided approximately with its feed ratio. The increasing viscosity ability of PAtBS in sodium chloride or calcium chloride aqueous solution is stronger than that of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide with molecular weight of 1.97 × 107 and hydrolysis degree of 19.43%. The viscosity of polymer aqueous solution declined slighdy with the increase of temperature when the temperature was above 50℃, which indicated that the synthesized copolymer had good performance of salt and temperature resistance.
