摘 要:为解决高含硫气田高H2S/CO2分压、单质硫共存条件下集输系统的腐蚀问题,将咪唑啉季铵盐、噻唑衍生物与助剂按一定比例复配形成棕红色的CHJ系列缓蚀剂。在模拟普光气田集输系统介质条件下,缓蚀剂CHJ-1和CHJ-7存在下抗硫钢L360的腐蚀速率大于0.08 mm/a,其余5种缓蚀剂均使L360的腐蚀速率小于0.076 mm/a。其中加有缓蚀剂CHJ-4和CHJ-5的腐蚀速率最小,分别为0.046、0.038 mm/a,其缓蚀率分别为92.6%、93.9%。在连续加注与油溶性缓蚀剂预膜复合使用时,连续加注CHJ-4、CHJ-5和现场在用国外缓蚀剂CI-12的腐蚀速率分别为0.032、0.025、0.058 mm/a,CHJ缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果较好。腐蚀样片形貌分析和电化学实验表明,缓蚀剂在金属基体表面形成了较好的保护膜。并且缓蚀剂与现场溶硫剂配伍良好。The red brown CHJ serial corrosion inhibitore were developed to resolve the corrosion of gas-gathering line system of high sulfur content gas well with high H2 S/CO2 partial pressure and sulphur. CHJ corrosion inhibitors were composed of different amount of quaternary ammonium imidazoline, derivatives of thiazole and additives. The corrosion experiments were conducted under simulated condition of Puguang gas well. The corrosion rate was higher than 0.08 mm/a when CHJ-1 and CHJ-7 were injected respectively, while other five corrosion inhibitors could control the corrosion rate under 0. 076 mm/a. The corrosion rate of CHJ-4 and CHJ-5 were 0. 046 and 0. 038 mm/a, and their inhibitory efficiency were of 92.6% and 93.9%, respectively. The corrosion rate were of 0.038,0. 025 and 0. 058 mm/a respectively when CHJ-4,CI-IJ-5 and foreign corrosion inhibitor were injected with separate and compound injection modes. The effect of CHJ serial corrosion inhibitors was obviously better. The microstructure analysis of test specimen and the electrochemical test results showed that the corrosion inhibitor played an important role on surface protection of the samples. In addition, the compatibility was good between corrosion inhibitors and sulphur-soluble reagent used on site.
