摘　　要：以2004～2008年科技统计数据为依据,总结我国科技创新主体特征,分析比较投入产出状况。从整体来看,创新主体中作为关键要素的科技人才在质和量上均有提升。科技创新主体中的R&D机构、大中型工业企业、高等院校发展态势良好。然而,在科技投入产出效率方面,并未显现良好的增长态势。Based on the 2004 -2008 technology statistics, the paper summarized the characteristics of technology innova- tion subject in China, analyzed and compared the condition of input and output. The paper concluded as follows： on the whole technology talents as the key factor in technology innovation subject were upgraded in quality and quantity; research and development organization, large and medium - sized industrial enterprise, colleges and universities were developed well, but their technology input -output efficiency did not present a positive growth.
