摘　　要：广东省作为我国改革开放的前沿阵地、"试验田"和"示范区",多年以来认真贯彻落实国家发展战略部署,但是随着经济、科技一体化大趋势的逐步深化,无论是宏观环境,还是原有的科技计划管理体系,都需要广东省的科技管理部门重新审视其管理体系,提高科技计划管理效率,充分发挥科技计划的效能。因此,根据广东省科技计划管理的现状和实际,必须采取一系列具有可行性的对策,促进其科技计划管理模式的优化与创新。Guangdong province as China＇s reform and opening to the forefront, ＂experiment -al field＂ and ＂demonstration area＂ for many years, has conscientiously implemented the national development strategy deployment. But with gradual in- tegration of the economy, science and technology, the science and technology management department in Guangdong prov- ince should review its management system, improve the management efficiency of science and technology plan on the macro environment and the original science and technology plan management system, and give full play to the efficiency of science and technology plan. Therefore, according to the present situation and reality of the management of science and technology plan of Guangdong province, a series of feasible countermeasures must be adopted to promote its optimization and innovation of science and technology plan management model.
