摘　　要：科技创新平台作为区域创新体系建设的基础,加快科技创新平台建设对广州建设国家创新型城市和智慧广州具有重要意义。主要从制度体系、管理方式、经费投入以及运用模式几个方面对广州、深圳创新平台建设情况进行对比分析,并针对"十二五"时期,广州科技创新平台建设提出了建议。As the basis of regional overall innovation, the construction of technological innovation platform has significance for building the innovative and smart Guangzhou. This paper based on the reality of Guangzhou development, intends to compare the difference between Guangzhou and Shenzhen from the insurance system, management, fiscal fund input and operation mode, and proposes some suggestions for the construction of technological innovation platform in the period of Twelve Fifth Year Planning.
