摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定复方吲哚美辛栓中吲哚美辛的含量。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为0.05 mol·L-1乙酸-乙腈(50∶50),测定波长260 nm。结果吲哚美辛25.59～307.13 mg·L-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),回收率为98.9%(RSD=2.0%,n=6)。结论所用方法准确、可靠,可用于复方吲哚美栓的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of indometacin in Compound indometacin suppositories by HPLC.METHODS Indometacin was determinated by HPLC.The C18 was used as analytical column.Mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol·L-1 acetic acid-acetonnitriler（50：50） and the detection wavelength was set at 260 nm.RESULTS The linearity was good（r0.9999） in 25.59-307.13 mg·L-1 for indometacin with RSD of 1.0%（n=6）.and the recoveries were 98.9%.CONCLUSION The method is accurate and sensitive,and can be used for the analysis of indometacin.
