摘  要:氟化铵是一种重要的无机氟化物,随着无机氟化工的发展,氟化铵越来越受到人们的重视。介绍了氟化铵的各种生产工艺,包括气相法、升华法、液相法,其中液相法又分为中和法和氨解法。着重介绍了磷肥副产氟硅酸生产氟化铵的工艺,并分析了其优缺点,指出今后氟化铵的研究发展方向。Ammonium fluoride is a kind of important inorganic fluoride, which attracted more and more attentions along with the development of inorganic fluoride chemical industry.Various ammonium fluoride production processes, including gas phase method, sublimed method, and liquid phase method were introduced, and liquid phase method was divided into neu- tralization method and ammonia decomposition method.The process of ammonium fluoride production with the by-produet fluosilicie acid of phosphate fertilizer production was introduced in detail, and its advantages and disadvantages were ana- lyzed.The research and development direction of ammonium fluoride was also pointed out.
