摘 要:测定了3种表面活性剂硬脂酸(SA)、油酸(0A)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)在纳米铋表面的吸附量,进而选出最佳表面改性剂。研究了硬脂酸改性纳米铋粉各种因素对改性效果的影响,确定最佳工艺条件:改性剂用量为10%(相对于铋粉质量),pH为5N6,改性时间为1h。此条件下,改性后的纳米铋粉能在液体石蜡中润湿和分散,表明改性后粉体由亲水性变为亲油性。红外光谱(FT-IR)分析及X射线衍射(XRD)分析结果表明,硬脂酸有机长链基团成功地以化学键结合在纳米铋表面.改性后的铋粒子未发生晶型改变.只是粒径略有降低。The adsorption amounts of three types of surfactants, i.e.stearic acid (SA), oleic acid (OA), and cetyltrimethylam- monium bromide (CTAB), on the surface of bismuth nanoparticles were investigated, in order to select the best surface modi- fier. Effects of various factors on modification of bismuth nanoparticles with stearic acid were discussed, and optimal modifi- cation conditions were obtained as follows:dosage of stearic acid was 10% (relative to thc mass of bismuth powder), pH=5~6, and modification time was 1 h.Under these conditions,the modified bismuth nanoparticles had good wetting and dispersity in liquid paraffin and the powder was changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity.FT-IR and XRD results showed the organic long-chain group of stearic acid grafted onto the surface of bismuth nanoparticles by chemical bonds ;the crystal type of bis- muth nanoparticles was not changed, but the grain diameter was decreased periodically.
