摘　　要：我国有着悠久的矿业发展史,古代社会对矿产资源有了相当明确并详细的集中统一的管理法律制度。有明确的管理法律法规、专门的管理机构、详细的管理制度。随着社会的发展,管理机构日益完备、职能日益清晰、制度日益完善。Our mining is centuries-old, and there are specific and detailed regulations about it in the ancient society. These regulations deal with specific laws, expert administrative organizations, detailed administrative systems. Moreover, along with the development of the society, its administrative organizations have become more and more self-contained, its functions more and more vivid, and its systems more and more perfect.
