摘 要:针对火电机组运行特点,提出一种基于多层次灰色关联分析(multi-level grey relational analysis,MGRA)的机组运行状态综合评价方法,采用主成份分析法提取影响机组运行状态的主要因素,构建综合评价指标体系;利用熵值法对层次分析法(AHP)确定的主观权重进行调整,得到客观评价的组合权重;采用多层次灰色关联分析进行综合评价。通过对2009年全国火电机组竞赛中的14台600 MW机组进行综合评价,仿真结果与中国电力企业联合会发布的竞赛结果一致,验证了该评价方法的有效性。Based on operational characteristics of thermal power units, the multi-level gray relational analysis was proposed to assess the running condition of fossil-fired power plants comprehensively. Using the principal component analysis to extract the main factor of the unit operation state, the comprehensive evaluation index system was built; using the entropy weight to adjust the subjective weight defined by the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the combination weight of objective evaluation was obtained; then multi-level gray relational analysis (MGRA) evaluation was presented. The running state of the fourteen 600 MW units in national thermal power competition in 2009 was comprehensively assessed. The simulation result is basically consistent with the results published by China Power Association, which proved that the evaluation method is effective.
