强化农业节水管理 减少农村面源污染——关于太湖流域农业节水减排的调研报告

摘　　要：太湖流域土地肥沃,河网如织,灌溉方便,但同时也存在农业用水量大、管理薄弱等问题。为深入了解农业用水管理的现状及其影响,水利部太湖流域管理局对苏州、无锡、嘉兴、湖州等市进行了调研,总结了太湖流域农业用水及管理情况和农业面源污染情况,并介绍了各地在农业节水减排方面的探索和实践。最后,针对目前农业节水面临的新机遇和新形势,提出了具体的措施建议。Taihu Basin has fertile land and dense river network that provides good condition for irrigation.But problems are existed such as big percentage of irrigated water use and weak management etc.In order to get more information on the current situation of irrigated water use and its impact,an investigation to the cities of Suzhou,Wuxi,Jiaxing and Huzhou was made by the Taihu Basin Authority.Non-point pollution caused by irrigated water use has been investigated and practice of water conservation and pollution reduction is introduced.Finally specific measures are put forward considering the opportunities and new situation faced by irrigated water conservation.
