摘　　要："数字防汛"是防汛工作的数字化和信息化。通过介绍水利部黄河水利委员会"数字防汛"建设的目标及总体框架,在总结2001年以来黄委开展"数字防汛"工程建设成就的基础上,指出建设中存在投入不足、规划滞后等问题,对"数字防汛"下一步工作提出了加大基础设施建设力度,开展标准规范建设,完善和推进防汛应用系统建设等具体建议。＂Digital flood control＂ refers to use of digital and information technology for flood control.After the introduction of achievement in ＂digital flood control＂ project construction by the Yellow River Conservancy Commission since 2001,issues related to shortage of funding and delay of planning are pointed out.Suggestions are made for further improvement in the respects of basic infrastructure construction,issue of norms and regulations and establishment of applicable system for flood control.
