青紫止痛汤方治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨青紫止痛汤对脾胃湿热型儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的治疗效果。方法采用平行对照的方法,将60例腹型过敏性紫癜(脾胃湿热型)患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组用青紫止痛汤方加西药,对照组单纯用西药治疗。结果治疗后两组疗效比较没有明显差异,提示两组治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜疗效相当。但治疗组证候改善优于对照组,提示青紫止痛汤方对证候有良好的改善作用。结论青紫止痛汤方配合西药治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜(脾胃湿热型)有较好的疗效,并能改善其证候。Objective： To exploring the effect of Qingzizhitong Decoction on the children＇s abdominal allergic purpura with damp-heat in spleen and stomach syndrome. Methods： 60 cases of children＇s abdominal allergic purpura with damp-heat in spleen and stomach syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was used Qingzizhitong Decoction and western medicine. The control group was given the western medicine only. Results： That there was no significant difference of the treatment effect between 2 groups suggested that the two groups treatment got same efficacy. But that there was a obvious difference in the symptom score after treat- ment meant the Qingzizhitong Decoction had a good improvement for the symptoms. Conehmion： Qingzizhitong Decoction and western medicine have a good effect on children＇s abdominal allergic purpura with damp-heat in spleen and stomach syndrome. It could improve the symptoms.
