摘　　要：失眠症具有心身并病的特点,心理状态的改变才是真正导致其发生和维持的症结所在。"五神"理论是中医认识整体生命活动和心理活动的基础,体现了整体观与形神合一的思想,以五神理论为指导,构建失眠症新的辨证理论体系,将对失眠症的中医诊疗具有重要的意义。Insomnia had psychosomatic disease characteristics. Mental status changes was the real cause of its occurrence and maintenance of the crux of the problem. The five gods theory was the foundation of TCM under- standing of whole life events and psychological activities. It reflected the overall concept and combination of shape and soul spirit.We were going to construct a new syndrome differentiation theory of insomnia. It had important sig- nificance of TCM diagnosis and treatment for insomnia.
