摘  要:目的探讨芎芪合剂对局灶性脑缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、芎芪合剂组。建立大鼠大脑中动脉脑缺血-再灌注损伤模型,检测缺血2 h再灌注24 h脑组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量进行测定。结果芎芪合剂组SOD水平与模型组比较差异有统计学意义,与假手术组比较差异无统计学意义。芎芪合剂组MDA水平与模型组比较差异有统计学意义,与假手术组比较差异无统计学意义。结论芎芪合剂能够通过升高脑组织中SOD的含量,同时降低MDA的含量来达到抗氧自由基氧化损伤的作用,从而对缺血再灌注脑组织产生一定的保护作用。Objective: To discuss the protective effect and the mechanism of Xiongqi Composition on oxygen free radical injury in brain tissue of rats after cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Methods: 30 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: the sham-operated group,the cerebral ischemia reperfusion model group and the Xiongqi Composi- tion group. The SOD and the MDA of models with ischemia for 2h and reperfusion for 24h were detected in these groups. Results: There were some statistical differences in the SOD and the MDA between the cerebral ischemia reperfusion model group and the Xiongqi Composition group. However,there were no significant differences about above indices between the sham-operated group and the Xiongqi Composition group. Conclusion: Xiongqi Com- position has protection on cerebral ischemia reperfusion by increase SOD content and decrease MDA level.
