土贝母皂苷Ⅱ对诱导性肝癌大鼠肝细胞周期的影响

摘　　要：目的观察土贝母皂苷Ⅱ对诱导性肝癌大鼠肝细胞周期的影响。方法以诱导性肝癌大鼠为材料,采用流式细胞仪检测土贝母皂苷Ⅱ对诱导性肝癌大鼠肝细胞DNA含量,并分析细胞周期。结果经土贝母皂苷Ⅱ治疗的动物肝S期细胞较模型组明显减少,而G1/G0期细胞增多,几乎恢复到正常水平。结论土贝母皂苷Ⅱ可以阻止肝细胞从G1期向S期进程,使DNA合成受到抑制和阻断,造成G1期细胞的堆积。Objective： To observe the influence of saponin Ⅱ in rhizoma bolbostemmatis on cell cycle of liver in rats with inducibility carcinoma. Methods：The DNA level of liver in rhizoma bolbostemmatis was detected by the flow cytometry in order to anlysis the cell cycle of it. Results： The concentration of S phase cell was reduced after intervention by saponin Ⅱ in rhizoma bolbostemmatis. Meanwhile,the level of G1/G0 phase cell was increased. Conclusion： After the process of G1 phase to S phase could be blocked by the saponin Ⅱ in rhizoma bolbostemmatis,the DNA synthesis is inhibited and blocked so that the G1 phase cell is accumulated.
