摘  要:目的:建立同时测定热毒清颗粒中绿原酸和连翘酯苷A含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Phe-nomenexC18柱,流动相为甲醇(流动相A)-0.1%磷酸(流动相B)梯度洗脱,检测波长为330nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,进样量为10μL,柱温为25℃。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.0562~0.5620μg范围内与其峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.64%,RSD=0.51%;连翘酯苷A进样量在0.0411~0.4110μg范围内与其峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.81%,RSD=0.74%。结论:该方法简单快捷,适用于热毒清颗粒的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and forsythoside A in Reduqing granules. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. A Phenomenex C18 column was adopted with mobile phase consisted of methanol (A)-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B) in gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 330 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min^-1, the injection volume was 10 μL and column temperature was 25 ~C. RESULTS: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid and forsythoside A were 0.056 2-0.562 0 μg (r=0.999 9) and 0.041 1-0.411 0 μg (r=0.999 9), respectively. The average recoveries were 100.64% (RSD=0.51%) and 101.81% (RSD=0.74%), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and rapid, and can be used for the quality control of Reduqing granules.
