摘 要:本文报告了采用国际技术指标生产的花生根瘤菌液体菌剂。其活菌数达到了出厂1×10~9/ml、农民使用时1×10~8/ml和存活率大于6个月有效保存期10%的国际技术指标。多年多点试验表明,此菌剂接种比不接种显著增产;与草炭菌剂相比,二者增产效果相似。液体菌剂比草炭菌剂有更多的优点,适用于我国春、夏播花生接种推广应用。Using international standard set for inoculants, liquid culture was produced for peanut.The storage, survival and effectivenees of the inoculant was determined .Viable rhizobia in the culture at room temperature were 1.3-9.7×109/ml before sowing peanuts and 3.7-25.1×108/ml at sowing time,fitingquality control of inoculants required--1×109 cells/ml at manufactureand 1×108 cells/ml at farmer using.Survival of rhizobia stored for 144 days at room temperature was 38.0-41.4%, which was more than 1/10 up to the expirat;on date ( 6 months) , and active nodulation and nitrogen fixation by the inoculant was noted at glasshouse using water pot culture.Multiyear -multilocation trials were shown that peanuts inoculated with the inoculant could be significantly increased yield, compared with uninoculated control. The investigation results in field were shown that diffirances of inoculation with liquid culture and peat-based culture were not significant, the both was similar in increasing peanut yields, indicating the liquid culture, which has more atvantages than peat-based culture, should be extended and used for inoculating peanuts sown in spring and summer in China.
