摘　　要：文章对现有研究进行分析,总结我国学者对现有学术评价机制存在问题的看法及改进措施,从材料申报与送审机制、专家审查与选择机制、评价方式科学化机制、评价社会化机制、监督与公示机制5个方面对我国现有学术评价机制的缺陷进行系统、深入的剖析。Based on the analysis of the current research,this paper summarizes the Chinese scholars’ views on the problems in the current academic evaluation mechanism and their measures for improvement.The paper analyzes the deficiencies in the current academic evaluation mechanism in China systematically and in depth from the following 5 aspects： mechanism of declaring and submitting material,mechanism of examining and selecting experts,mechanism of scientific evaluation modes,mechanism of evaluation socialization and mechanism of supervision and announcement.
