摘 要:以大豆品种东农42及其矮化突变体HK808为试材,研究了六叶期至十三叶期8个时期根、茎、叶及茎尖中的IOD、POD、CAT、SOD酶活性的变化。方差分析表明:不同时期IOD和POD品种间的活性差异达到了显著水平,且呈较规律的变化;CAT在根、茎、叶中的差异达到了显著水平,在茎尖中无明显差异;SOD活性在根及茎尖中都表现出明显差异,但在叶片和茎中变化无明显规律。Dongnong 42 and its dwarf mutant HK808 were used to study the correlation between correlative enzyme activity of IOD、POD、SOD、CAT in the root、stem、leaves and apical shoot tissue between 6-leaf age to 13-leaf age.The analysis of variance showed that enzyme activity in different periods at different type soybean had similar changing rule,the activity difference of IOD and POD in different parts of soybean among variety all achieved distinct marked level;the difference of CAT activity in root、stem and leaves all achieved distinct marked level except apical shoot tissue.The difference of SOD activity in root and apical shoot tissue achieved distinct marked level except leaves and stem.
