摘 要:采用可聚合乳化剂(DNS-86),通过细乳液聚合制备了超细分散染料/乳胶粒复合色素分散体,考察了助乳化剂、乳化剂、细乳化时间对复合色素分散体性能的影响。结果表明,十六烷(HD)助乳化作用较十六醇(CA)、十二硫醇(DDM)好;以DNS-86制备超细分散染料/乳胶粒复合色素分散体的稳定性明显优于传统乳化剂;当DNS-86浓度14.4 mmol/L,助乳化剂HD用量占单体质量的7.5%,细乳化时间15 min时,制备的超细分散染料/乳胶粒复合色素分散体的粒径为123 nm,Npf/Nmi值为1.23,聚合反应以液滴成核为主。Ultrafine disperse dye/latex complex colorants dispersion was prepared through miniemulsion polymerization of polymerizable emulsifier ( DNS - 86 ). The influence of co-emulsifier, emulsifier, and ultrasound processing time on the properties of complex colorants dispersion was investigated. The results show that hexadecane (HD) was more effective than cetyl alcohol (CA) and dodecanethiol (DDM). The stability of the ultrafine disperse dye/latex complex colorants dispersion prepared from DNS - 86 was obviously superior to that prepared from conventional emulsifier. When the concentration of DNS -86 was 14. 4 mmol/L, the weight ratio of cetyl alcohol to monomer was 7.5%, and the ultrasound processing time was 15 rain, the uhrafine disperse dye/latex complex colorants dispersion prepared had a diameter of 123 nm and Npf/Nmi value of 1.23, indicating that the polymerization was mainly taking place in droplet nucleation.
