摘　　要：跨国投资对东道国市场结构的影响已成为国内外长期关注和争论的一个问题。在梳理国外关于跨国投资与东道国市场结构变动相关文献的基础之上,从影响渠道、最终结果和产业案例等三方面归纳了我国自改革开放以来跨国投资对我国市场结构的影响,最后总结并展望外资与东道国市场结构的研究方向。The influence of multinational international investment upon the market structure of host country is an issue which has aroused long-standing concern and debate at home and abroad.Based on combing the related literature on transnational investment and market structure of host country,this paper gives a summary of the influence of transnational investment upon market structure of host country through three aspects including influence channel,final results and industry case since China’s reform and opening up to the world.Finally,it makes a conclusion and points out the direction for the research on the influence of transnational investment upon market structure of host country.
