摘 要:竖直附加力是造成表土段井壁破裂的主要原因,陈四楼煤矿南风井为我国首个应用了管板组合式井壁可压缩装置的新建钻井井筒。根据陈四楼南风井的实际工程条件,完成了该井可缩装置的设计计算,并采用通用有限元软件ANSYS进行了井壁与可缩装置的相互作用分析,校核了漂浮下沉过程中和使用期间井壁可缩装置的承载能力。目前该可缩装置已经投入使用,效果良好,对可缩钻井井壁的设计有一定的指导意义和实用价值。A vertical additional force was the main factor to cause the mine shaft liner broken at the surface overburden section of the mine shaft. The South Ventilation Shaft of Chensilou Mine is a new full mine drilled shaft firstly with shrinkable devices applied to the tubing and plate combined shaft liner in China. According to the actual engineering conditions of South Mine Ventilation Shaft in Chensilou Mine, the design calculation of the shrinkable device was completed. The general finite element software ANSYS was applied to analyze the interaction between the mine shaft liner and the shrinkable device and to check the loading capacity of the shrinkable device during a floatation sinking process and the application period. The shrinkable device had been in application with good effects and could have certain guidance and application value to the design of the shrinkable drilling shaft liner.
