摘  要:采用插层与机械磨剥相结合的方法成功制备出粒度近于1μm的煤系高岭土片层材料。通过粒度测试和扫描电镜对插层—磨剥引起粒度变化的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:插层—磨剥后煤系高岭土的粒度与磨剥前插层的醋酸钾溶液浓度、磨剥浆料固液比、磨剥浆料质量密切相关;应该选择较为合适的磨剥时间(2h),并非时间越长效果越好;介质球直径以(0.8~1.2mm):(1.5~2.0mm):(2.0~2.5mm)=3∶2∶1的比例混合时磨剥效果最佳。扫描电镜照片显示,插层-磨剥对煤系高岭土中高岭石晶形破坏较小。The intercalation and mechanical abrasive peeling combined method was successfully applied to prepare the coal measure kaolin material in thin slices with particle closed to 1 μm. The particle measurement and scanning electron micro- scope were applied to analyze the factors affected to the particle variation caused by the intercalation and mechanical abra- sive peeling. The results showed that after the intercalation and mechanical abrasive peeling, the particle of the coal meas- ure kaolin would be closely related to the density of potassium acetate solution, the solid and liquid ratio of abrasive peeling slurry and the quality of abrasive peeling slurry of the intercalation before the abrasive peeling. A suitable abrasive peeling time (2h) should be selected and a longer time would not mean a better effect. When the medium ball diameter was (0. 8 - 1.2mm): ( 1.5 -2. 0mm): (2. 0 -2. 5mm) =3: 2:1 for the mixing, the abrasive peeling effect would be optimum. The SEM images showed that the intercalation and mechanical abrasive peeling would have less failure to the crystal shape of the kaolinite in the coal measure kaolin.
