摘　　要：针对新版的固定资产分类标准,为了优化固定资产配置、提高资产利用率以及加强监管的需要,提出了以服务为导向,以数据为中心,以消息为驱动的开放的固定资产管理体系架构,通过企业服务总线实现了各服务模块间的通信及异构系统的无缝集成访问;通过建立安全的通信通道,确保了敏感数据在Internet上的可靠传输;通过引入分片和压缩机制,保证了大文件在网上的顺利交换,同时降低了对带宽的需求。系统能管理包括无形资产在内的所有固定资产,并能兼容遗留系统,初步达到了设计目标。For the reasons that the new classification criteria for fixed assets is published,to optimize the level for fixed asset allocation and improve asset utilization and the need to strengthen supervision,a open architecture is proposed for fixed asset management,which is service-oriented,data-centered,and message-driven,through enterprise service bus,The communication between various service modules and the seamless integration for heterogeneous systems is implemented.By establishing a secure communication channel,reliable transmission on the internet for sensitive data is ensured.By introducing pieces and compression mechanisms smooth exchanging for large files is ensured,while reducing bandwidth requirements.System can manages all fixed assets,including intangible assets.The system compatible with legacy systems,hence and achieves the design goals.
