摘　　要：为解决施工后沥青混合料结构类型的验收问题,以路面芯样为对象研究了混合料结构类型的评价方法。该方法具体步骤为首先测定沥青路面芯样高度,然后燃烧路面芯样从而获得粗集料,最后通过干捣实法成型试样并测定试样高度。通过试验建立了沥青混合料结构类型的评价指标Hmix/HDRC和评价标准,即:当路面芯样高度小于等于试样高度时,沥青混合料为骨架型结构;当路面芯样高度大于试样高度时,沥青混合料为悬浮型结构。并以某高速公路3个标段的中面层AC-20混合料和上面层SMA-16混合料为例,研究了混合料结构类型对高温抗变形性能的影响,结果表明,所提出的混合料结构类型指标Hmix/HDRC与混合料高温抗变形性能密切相关。研究成果弥补了现有规范的不足,便于对沥青路面的施工质量与设计的符合性进行检验,从而有利于控制路面施工质量,延长路面使用寿命。For acceptance of the structure types of asphalt mixture after construction, taken the core sample from pavement as the research object, a method for evaluating asphalt mixture structure types was studied. The steps of the evaluation method is as follows： measuring the height of the core sample from pavement, getting coarse aggregate through burning the core sample, shaping the contrast sample by the method of dry tamping, and measuring the height of the sample. The evaluation criterion and indicator Hmix/HnRc of asphalt mixture structure types were established through experiment： when the height of core sample is less than or equal to the height of contrast sample, the type structure of asphalt mixture is skeleton structure; if not, the type structure of asphalt mixture is suspended structure. Taken 3 kinds of AC -20 mixture in middle surface and 3 kinds of SMA-16 mixture in upper surface of 3 sections of an express way for example, the effect of mixture structure types on high temperature deformation resistance was researched. The results show that the presented mixture structure type indicator Hmix/HDRc is closely related to the high temperature deformation resistance of mixture. The research result made up the shortcoming of existing specification, it is conducive to test the conformance of construction quality and design of asphalt pavement, control the pavement construction quality, and extend the service life of road.
