摘 要:为有效控制和预估高速公路建设费用,以陕西省高速公路建设费用为研究对象,采用Matlab软件编程,通过数理统计与分析得出了不同建设时期各单项费用及其占建安费、总费用比例的变化规律,并建立了造价估价模型。研究结果表明:随着时间的推移,各单项费用(路基、路面、桥梁、隧道、绿化、房建、交通安全、机电、征地拆迁)逐渐增加;路基、桥梁、交通安全设施费用占建安费、总费用的比例减小;其他单项费用所占比例逐渐增大。估价模型反映了单位里程造价与路基宽度、路基平均填土高度、路面结构总厚度、路面面层厚度、桥隧比、征地面积、绿化工程长度、互通立体交叉数量共8个因素的定量关系,拟合程度满足工程精度要求。研究结果为快速、准确地估算和评定新建高速公路建设费用及其合理性提供了决策依据。In order to efficiently control and estimate expressway construction cost, taken the expressway construction cost in Shaanxi Province as research object, by using Matlab program and mathematical statistics and analysis method, the change regularity of individual project cost and its ratios to construction installation cost and total construction cost in different construction periods was obtained, and the valuation model of expressway cost was established. The research results indicate that (1) each individual project cost (subgrade, pavement, bridge, tunnel, landscape, housing construction, traffic safety, eleetromechanical engineering and land acquisition) gradually increased over time; (2) the ratios of subgrade, bridge, and traffic safety costs to construction installation cost and total construction cost decreased, while the ratios of other individual project costs gradually increased. The valuation model reflected the quantitative relationship of cost per kilometer with subgrade width, average filling height of subgrade, total thickness of pavement structure, thickness of pavement surface course, ratio of bridge to tunnel, land acquisition area, length of landscape engineering and interchange number. The fitting of model can meet the accuracy requirement of project. The research results provided a decision-making basis for fast and accurately estimating and assessingconstruction cost and its reasonableness of new expressway project.
