摘  要:利用平衡木和紧绳任务检测长期口服桑叶提取物1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)对SAMP8的体重和感觉运动能力的影响。结果显示,受DNJ处理小鼠的体重无显著性改变(与同龄空白对照组比较,P>0.05)。老年空白对照组平衡木和紧绳平衡时间显著短于青年组(Ps<0.05)。20 mg.kg-1.d-1DNJ组平衡木和紧绳平衡时间显著长于空白对照组(Ps<0.05);10 mg.kg-1.d-1DNJ组的紧绳平衡时间也显著长于空白对照组(P<0.05)。上述结果提示长期口服DNJ可以延缓SAMP8小鼠年龄相关性感觉运动能力减退,对体重无显著性影响。In this study, the effects of long-term orally administered, an extract of Mulberry leaves i.e., 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ), on sensorimotor ability and body weight were explored in the SAMP 8 mice. The re- sults showed that DNJ treated mice had no significant difference in the body weight compared to the age-matched control mice (P〉0.05). The elderly control mice had significantly shorter balance time than the young mice in the beam walking and tightrope tasks (Ps〈0.05). However, the 20 mg.kg-l.d-1 DNJ treated mice had significantly longer balance time than the age-matched control mice in the both tasks, so had the l0 mg.kg-l-d-1 DNJ treated mice in the tightrope task. Our results indicated that long-term oral administration of DNJ does not affect body weight but can attenuate age-related sensorimotor ability decline in SAMP8 mice.
