摘 要:研究了温度、pH值、氮碳源及无机盐对稻曲病菌生长、孢子萌发的影响和寄主生育期对病菌侵染的影响。结果表明,菌丝生长温度为10~30℃,最适为28℃;菌丝在pH值3~10之间均可以生长、最适pH值为6~7。孢子萌发最佳温度为28℃。菌丝生长的最适碳、氮源为蔗糖和L-天冬门酰胺,最佳浓度分别为2%和0.2%;无机盐为磷酸氢二钠与硫酸镁组合。病菌孢子释放量受气象因子影响较大,晴天夜间释放为主,阴雨天全天释放。孕穗前、中期为稻曲病菌主要侵染时期。Effects of environmental conditions on the mycelial growth, conidial germination of Ustilagi- noidea virens were studied, and the effects of host growth stage on pathogen infection were also examined. The results showed that temperature ranging from 10℃ to 30℃ was available for the mycelial growth, with the op- timum of 28 ℃; this pathogen could possess the ability to grow from pH 3 to pH 10, while the optimum was pH 6- pH 7. The suitable temperature for spores germination was 28℃. The best carbon and nitrogen source were su- crose and L-asparagus gate amide, and the optimal concentrations were 2% and 0.2%-0.3%, respectively; the best inorganic source was the combination of disodium hydrogen phosphate and magnesium sulfate. The spores release was influenced by climatic conditions, mainly at night in the sunny days and all day in the rainy days. The main infection period of pathogen was at early booting and mid-booting office.
