摘　　要：从可持续发展角度,将区域图书馆成员馆、从业人员、读者列为区域图书馆服务体系的服务对象。为了促进区域图书馆服务体系的可持续发展,需要区域图书馆共享资源、创新服务、提高市场意识;需要提高区域图书馆从业人员的社会地位和待遇,重视其继续教育;需要培养读者素质,使读者积极参与图书馆服务体系的建设。From the perspective of sustainable development, this readers of the regional library as service object of the regiona paper takes the members, the staff and brary service system. To promote the sustainable development of regional library service system, the regional library needs to share resources, innovate service, and improve market consciousness~ needs to improve social status and treatment of the regional library professionals, and pay attention to continuing education; needs to cultivate readers quality and makes the readers actively participate in the construction of library service system.
