摘 要:根据铁精矿还原铁粉主要质量指标的统计数据,分析了铁粉质量稳定性,其酸不溶物(AIC)含量≤0.22%,氢损(HL)为~0.1%,碳含量<0.02%。文中讨论了铁精矿粉两个阶段的还原过程,第一阶段用隧道窑还原成海绵铁,此阶段宜于过还原终点,精矿粉应被充分还原,略有渗碳,降低海绵铁的氢损值十分重要,其值应~0.8%,甚至更低,碳含量可控制于~0.3%,甚至更高。第二阶段用带式炉进行精还原,即所谓"二次还原",经破碎和合批得到合格的铁粉,该阶段的实质是脱碳还原。水是良好的脱碳剂,高温区通入少量水,形成水蒸气,是一个有效的脱碳方法。在冷却段通入干氢,控制气氛露点,将铁粉表面氧化膜还原,可以得到低碳和低氢损的还原铁粉。On the basis of statistics data the quality stability of reduced powder for reduced iron powder from iron ore concentrates, was discussed. The acid insoluble content (AIC) can reach ≤0.22%, hydragen loss (HL) is -0. 1% and carbon content is 〈0.02%o The reducing process contains two stages: in the first stage iron ore concentrates powder should be reduced as the sponge iron in tunnel furnace. Reduced process should be controlled beyond reduction terminal point. It means iron ore powder should be completely reduced and it may be carburizing. The hydragen loss value should be controlled in the -0.8% or less and the carbon content should be -0. 3% or higher. In the second stage iron sponge is reduced in belt furnace named "secondary reduction". It is decarburized by steam in high temperature zone and reduced by hydrogen in cooling zone. High grade iron powder containing less car bon and hygragen loss content could be prepared.
