摘　　要：调查分析广元创建国家森林城市的重要性和目的意义、生态经济文化条件与建设基础、制约因素与存在问题,规划的指导思想、建设目标、布局。对城市成带、成团的森林休闲绿地不足;大树移栽多,有针对的绿化防污、防噪以及森林文化创意打造少,提出了对策和措施建议。城中多营建乔灌草的森林单块、片块,进行城市森林生态功能管理,提高单位面积生态、经济与文化生产力;加强资金监管,健全绿化机制;推进广元城市森林建设再上新境界。In this paper, researches are made of the importance, purpose and significance of creating a na- tional forest city in Guangyuan and analysis is made of its ecological, economic and cultural conditions and development basis, restraining factors and existing problems, and guidelines, development objective and layout of the planning. In view of inadequate belts and stretches of forest and green land for relaxation in the city, excessive transplanting of big trees, and insufficient target-oriented anti-pollution and anti-noise greening and forest culture creativity, some strategies and suggestions are put forward, including planting as many stretches and parcels of forest of trees, shrubs and herbs as possible, and enhancing ecological function of urban forest to improve ecological, economic and cultural productivity of unit area; strengthe- ning fund supervision, and perfecting the greening mechanism, aiming to promote Guangyuan urban forest development to reach a new level.
