摘　　要：针对本公司3种水淬渣出渣方式存在的操作困难、生产成本高等缺点,经过设计、制作与试验,于2011年8月逐步试验推广水淬渣工艺,以取代叉车吊运渣包的工艺。实践证明,该工艺简单易行,工作效率高,劳动作业条件好,安全可靠,成本低。Aiming at the problems existing in slag removal process of three kinds of water quenching slag in our company, such as difficulty in operation, and high production cost. Based on the design, manufac- turing and test,water quenching slag process is applied step by step in august 2011 in order to replace slag ladle hoisting and transportation process by forklift. The practice shows that the process has advanta- ges of simple operation, high work efficiency, good working conditions, safety and reliability and low cost.
